Refund

Dear customer,

We will process your refund in case your letter is not delivered by us to the desired recipient. For this please email your PayPal transaction/reference id, your Name, and the email id of the recipient. After operating, if we find that the letter was not delivered and payment made, we’ll process your refund within a business day. If we don;’t find so, we’ll get back to you for further clarification. We regret our inability to process your refund in any other case.
