Payer means the entity that makes a payment on the Website through our payment gateway provider. A Payer and Sender will be considered the same entity unless stated otherwise. Recipient means the entity whose email id has been used by a sender to send a letter.

D & N Business Global does not filter, edit, publish or review the contents of a letter. The contents of a letter do not reflect the views and opinions of D & N Business Global, its agents and/or affiliates. The contents of a letter reflect the views and opinions of the person who write their views and opinions. To the extent permitted by applicable laws, D & N Business Global shall not be liable for the contents of a letter or for any liability, damages or expenses caused and/or suffered as a result of any use of and/or posting of and/or appearance of the contents of a letter.

D & N Business Global reserves the right to monitor all letter contents and to remove any letter which can be considered inappropriate, offensive or causes breach of these Terms and Conditions.However that so on the compaint recieved from a user or their representative.

• You are not spamming the recipient.
• The Payer for a letter is and will be considered as the Sender for a particular letter in all cases incase otherwise disclosed and proven by the Payer.
• You will not have the access to a letter through our services once you have sent it in any form through our Website or otherwise and the letter can only be accessed through the recipient of the same if you ever require it for any purpose. However, we'll be always present to support you in case you require a letter sent by you for any legal or otherwise persisting situation and you are unable to get it through the recipient of the same by requesting the recipient for the same. In such cases however our scope can be limited as a recipient can not be and is not enforced by us to grant us or to any third party an access to a letter sent to their email id when asked for. However they can be enforced by the laws of the land. And we suggest you to take a legal route instead to get the access to the letter sent by you from the recipient. In that case, we will support the legal authorities in the limits of the laws of the land of Your, the Country's, and that of the recipient's.
• A recipient may deny or accept the letter sent by you to them. If denied, the letter will be destroyed forever. You will not be notified if the recipient has accepted, denied, or read the letter sent by you.
• We are not responsible to verify your identity however, you may be flagged or blocked by us to use our services if a recipient reports a fake identity on a letter or letters sent by you. A recipient may report abuse or cybercrime against a letter sent by you to them in which case, we will consider you as the Payer of the particular letter or letters and use the Payer's credentials stored with us for the same letter to identify you, contact you, and/or, locate you for our investigation and dealing of the related matters. • We do not provide any sharing/storing facility on our Platform however a recipient may at their own discretion and will, take a screen-capture of a letter sent to them by you and/or by any other means beyond the scope and jurisdiction of our application, share or store a letter sent to you by them out of the scope of our Website.
• We will be present for you in case you require any support for a legal matter or otherwise that involves the use of our services in any capacity, through our POSTMAN - customer care portal. You can find the details of the portal in the contact us section of the Website and report a cybercrime/abuse with us as well.

As a Recipient You warrant, understand and represent that:

• However your letters are end to end encrypted and we do not provide any sharing or storing option on our website through our Platform, a sender may choose to at their own discretion and will, take a screen-capture of a letter sent to them by you and/or by any other means beyond the scope and jurisdiction of our application, share or store a letter sent to you by them out of the scope of our Website.
• You can accept or deny a letter. Once denied, the letter will be destroyed forever.
• You can report abuse or cybercrime with us. The details of our abuse and cybercrime dealings are here and are a part of our Terms and Conditions.
• We are not responsible to verify the identity of a Sender/Payer as mentioned in a letter however a fake identity can be reported and will be dealt according to our cybercrime dealings.
• We will be present for you in case you require any support for a legal matter or otherwise that involves the use of our services in any capacity, through our POSTMAN - customer care portal. You can find the details of the portal in the contact us section of the Website.
• We may contact you on your email address for any legal or otherwise request from a sender to access the letter on Sender's behalf however you are not enforced by us to grant us or any third party the access of the same on our request.

Hyperlinking to our Content

The following organizations may link to our Website without prior written approval:

• Government agencies;
• Search engines;
• News organizations;
• Online directory distributors may link to our Website in the same manner as they hyperlink to the Websites of other listed businesses; and

We will process your refund in case your letter is not delivered by us to the desired recipient as entered by you during sending the letter via our platform. For this please email your PayPal transaction/reference id, your Paypal id, or the email id used during the payment and the email id of the recipient. After operating, if we find that the letter was not delivered and payment made, we will process your refund within a business day. If we don't find so, we will get back to you for further clarification. We regret our inability to process your refund in any other case. For refund please write us your Paypal id, Paypal reference id, or email id used during the payment and recipient email id to postman@cherryweb.online. We may contact you for further clarification if any.

Any kind of impersonation attempt which includes but is not limited to impersonating our Service's email template sent to a recipient to send an email and links/graphics involved with that and/or impersonating our Service's communication method and style to perform an activity regarded as unlawful according to international cross-border cybersecurity frameworks and laws of land of any geographical area is strictly prohibited and will be dealt with strict cybersecurity measures.
